Working closely together, our culinary and nutrition teams design meals that meet all nutrition and dietary requirements for staff, residents and patients, including dysphagia diets, diabetic and renal diets, and meals that comply with medication-specific diets, as well as compliance with Medicare and Medicaid.

Our team has deep experience providing meals that support memory care for individuals living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. We work with you to tailor meals and meal service to respond to physiological changes while working to boost independence and provide consistency.

  • Herbs and spices do more than just add flavor to food, they have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that boost immunity. Turmeric, curry, ginger, garlic, parsley, cilantro, mint, dill, and rosemary are a few of the spices we feature.
